The following selections can be served with any of the above Curry Mild to Medium spiced.

 

Korma

A delicate preparation of coconut and ground almond to create a very mild creamy sauce.

 

Bhoona

A thoroughly garnished dish with garlic, onions, tomatoes and coriander to create a thick mild /medium/hot strength sauce.

 

Madras 

Fairly hot with a hint of lemon juice.

 

Pathia 

Hot, sweet and sour tomato flavoured sauce with finely chopped onions.

 

Rogan Josh 

Available in mild/medium/hot thick sauce created with double quantities of tomatoes, finely chopped onions and garnished with fresh coriander.

 

Dupiaza

Mild/Medium/Hot cooked with onions.

 

Sagwala 

Mild/Medium/Hot spiced.  Cooked with spinach.

 

Vindaloo 

Highly spiced hot curry cooked with potatoes.

 

Dansak

Fairly hot lentil based sauce with a sweet and sour flavour

 

Balti (Mild /Medium/Hot)

Cooked with onions, green peppers, tomatoes, and fresh coriander. Any vegetable can be added to the Balti dishes on request, extra £1.00.  Vegetables available are Potato, GreenPeas, Mix Veg, Chick Peas, Mushroom, Spinach, and Cauliflower.

Allergy Advice

 

If you suffer from a food allergy or intolerance, Please let your server know upon placing your order.

 

Every care is taken to avoid any cross contamination when processing a specific allergy free order.  We do however work in a kitchen that process allergenic ingredients and do not have a specific allergen free zone.

 

Dishes containing wheat and gluten will use the same fryer in our kitchen as dishes not containing these ingredients.  There may be a risk of cross contamination which may therefore affect extremely sensitive sufferers.

 

Allergen data is held on each of our dish ingredients, so please ask your server in the restaurant should you require further details.
